The Milton Keynes Rose is celebrating its 10th Anniversary. To mark this milestone, we are planning a series of events to celebrate. As we finalise the details, further information will be made available. Saturday 15 June 2024 – From 9am – 3.30pm you are invited to join us at The Event Space, MK Central Library at our Archive Collection event. Archiving the story of the Milton Keynes Rose is a focus for the Milton Keynes Rose Trust during this 10th Anniversary year. We would like to gather your memories and memorabilia – Milton Keynes Rose related photographs, newspaper articles, postcards or any objects you may have. These will contribute to a Digital Archive that will be held by the Living Archive Milton Keynes. Sunday 7 July 12 Noon – 10th Anniversary of the MK Rose – a celebration of our 10th birthday at the Milton Keynes Rose involving many of the organisations who make the Rose such an iconic feature of our city, music and cakes. All welcome!
Friday 13 September from 12 Noon – 5pm in The Event Space, Milton Keynes Gallery visit our Milton Keynes Rose 10th Anniversary Pop-Up Exhibition curated by sound and visual artist Jakub Rokita.
Friday 13 September 3pm – The Sky Room, Milton Keynes Gallery – Milton Keynes Rose 10th Anniversary Film for Heritage Open Day at MK.
