Elizabeth has been involved with the Milton Keynes Rose since the beginning when proposals for a place of remembrance and commemoration in the heart of Milton Keynes were first suggested in 2008.  She was involved in much of the background administrative work which needed to be done in order to realise this vision which became the iconic Milton Keynes Rose.  She is a Trustee of the Milton Keynes Rose and previously a Trustee of the Cenotaph Trust since 2015. Elizabeth is passionate about getting the message across that there is more to Milton Keynes than concrete cows and roundabouts, whilst recognising that these are important to the identity of Milton Keynes.
