Fidèle is a Lecturer in Work-Based Learning at the Open University Business School and Director of The Open University’s Centre for Voluntary Sector Leadership. His current trusteeships include the MK Rose and 5 Dimensions Trust. He is an Honorary Vice President of the MK Community Foundation and sits on several advisory panels. He researches inclusive leadership and collaboration practices that address racial equity and where racialised minorities play an active and meaningful role.
