Along with being a Trustee of the Milton Keynes Rose Trust, Julia is also a Trustee of MK YMCA and the Stables Theatre. She was High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire 2019 – 2020 and previously enjoyed careers in education and as a CEO of a philanthropic charity. She is passionate about the arts and supporting the voluntary sector in its endeavours to create successful and thriving communities.
