Volunteers Week

To celebrate Volunteers Week 1-7 June HM Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire Countess Howe tied a ribbon to one of our newest pillars.

The pillar engraved last year celebrates the work of volunteers in Milton Keynes who make such a difference to people’s lives in our communities.

The pillar inscription reads: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of ours” Mahatma Gandhi.
